5) Lead times

  • Standard trade orders are typically produced within 2–4 weeks, depending on volume and season.
  • We’ll confirm estimated completion and delivery dates before processing any order.

6) Payment terms

  • Payment is usually required before dispatch for initial orders.
  • Regular trade partners may be eligible for 30-day account terms subject to approval.
  • All payments are processed securely via Revolut Pay or bank transfer.
