Yes. We use structural-grade FSC timber and an organic preservative as standard. For the best longevity, we recommend adding a quality exterior paint or stain after purchase and re-coating every 12–24 months.
Timber is a natural material and may show small splits, knots, and movement as it acclimatises (most common in the first 3–6 months). This is normal and not considered a defect.
Absolutely. We specialise in bespoke builds. Share your sizes, sketches or photos via our Contact Page and we’ll confirm a quote and lead time.
Standard items: typically 7–14 working days to dispatch. Bespoke orders: 2–4 weeks depending on size and season. We’ll confirm timings on order.
We deliver across the UK using trusted couriers (e.g., Parcelforce, DX). Remote areas (Highlands, Islands, NI) may take longer and sometimes incur a small surcharge — we’ll notify you before dispatch if applicable.
We’ll email you when your order is dispatched. Tracking will be provided where available. Deliveries are usually Monday–Friday, arriving 1–3 working days after dispatch.
Standard items can be returned within 14 days of delivery (unused, in original packaging). Bespoke/custom items are non-returnable unless faulty. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
Please let us know within 48 hours with clear photos and your order number. We’ll assess and arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.
Open on delivery so the wood can breathe, place on a well-drained surface, ensure drainage holes aren’t blocked, and coat with a good exterior paint or stain. Full guidance is on our Product Care & Warranty page.
Yes — a 12-month workmanship warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use. Natural timber movement, poor drainage or misuse are excluded.
We use Revolut Pay for secure payments (PCI-DSS compliant). You can pay by major debit/credit cards and other methods supported at checkout. We never store full card details.
