Are your planters weatherproof?

Our planters are built using organically treated timber, this gives the planters protection from both the weather and insects. However, we strongly recommend you use a surface protection (paint or stain) to give it even more protection.

Do your planters come fully assembled or require assembly?

Yes, the planters are fully assembled.

What kind of wood do you use for your planters?

We use locally sourced Scottish Pine from Scottish sawmills. We are in talks with a new provider and may be offering Scottish Larch in the future.

How do I care for and maintain my wooden planter?

Do your planters have drainage holes, or can they be added?

All of our planters come with gaps between the baseboards to allow excess water out of the planter.

What is the delivery time for your planters?

Once the planters are ready for dispatch they'll usually be delivered within a few days.

Can I pick up my planter instead of having it delivered?

Yes, please contact us if you'd prefer to do this.

Do you offer bulk discounts for large orders?

Yes, we offer a discount on orders with more than one planter.

Can your planters be painted or stained?

Yes and we highly recommend you do to give the planters more protection.
