  • All transactions on www.highlandwood.co.uk are processed through Revolut Pay, a trusted UK payment provider regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

  • Your card details are encrypted and transmitted securely via HTTPS (SSL/TLS) connections. We never see, store, or have access to your full payment card information.

  • Major debit and credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay (where supported by your device)
  • Bank transfer for bespoke or bulk orders (available on request)

3) Currency

All prices on our website are shown in Pound Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

4) Fraud prevention

  • Our payment processor automatically screens transactions for potential fraud or unusual activity.
  • We may contact you to confirm order or delivery details before dispatch if anything appears unusual.
  • If we are unable to verify payment details, the order may be cancelled and refunded for your security.

5) Data protection

  • We comply with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
  • Your personal information (name, address, email, order history) is stored securely within BigCommerce and Revolut Pay systems.
  • Payment data is processed solely by Revolut Pay under its own strict privacy and security standards.

6) Order confirmation

  • After payment is approved, you’ll receive an automated order confirmation email from Highland Wood Ltd.
  • If you don’t receive confirmation within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us.

7) Refunds
