We don’t currently have a public showroom, and our office is by appointment only.
All of our products are handmade to order and sold online.
Support hours & response times
We provide email support only, during normal working hours (Monday to Friday).
We aim to respond within 1-2 working day. During busy periods, responses may take slightly longer, but every message is answered.
We don’t offer phone support at this time, as email allows us to give clearer, more accurate responses and keep everything in one place.
